The rating I’d love to give is off the scale. What an experience! 2 months we got married in our dream location, with the help of Sarah & Anna at Italian Lakes weddings. From the first email I sent to them, to the last email I have sent, we had so much support from them. Sarah was a godsend, putting me at ease at every worry a bride to be could have, and truly wish we could have met her! An (...)d Anna, well she just ceased to amaze us. Everything was so under control & the whole process was fantastic. What a beautiful lady. Everything was just thought of, from the transportation of us from the boat to the wedding reception. Just nothing was too much to ask for, we felt like royalty. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, not a worry in the world, we were to take it all in & enjoy, and we certainly did. I can proudly say, I was not stressed one bit. Everything was so calm. Our photographer Alice was amazing, she truly made me feel at ease, we were lucky enough to have her with us all day/evening. Our hair stylists, and makeup artists were incredible. They made me, my mum, and my maid of honour look unreal, and we truly felt a million dollars. They are fantastic. Meeting them on the trial, they made sure that I was having exactly what I wanted & talked it through. The florist outdid herself, I loved all of the decorations, from the button holes to the gazebo decorations. Just beautiful. The harpist we had was great, we chose some songs that weren’t on the list, and she managed to cater to us and learn them, which we were truly touched by. The sail boat trip was unbelievable , and I’m so glad that with the help of Sarah, we chose this option! Valentine at Lido sopri, fantastic! Fantastic host, made sure the venue looked spectacular and it sure did, he went above and beyond, his energy was fantastic, and also the food the chefs served were phenomenal. MG project we’re absolutely brilliant, highly recommend! Just everything was perfect. It was truly like a dream, we couldn’t have asked for anything more, and it really does come down to you two. You both have a very special place in our hearts forever. We will always recommend you two to anybody who wants to marry over in Lake Garda. We have now booked Malcesine again for our anniversary. Perfect day We emailed ILW in mid December last year with the hope of getting married in August this year and it was the best decision we could have made. Right from the get go we received timely and helpful responses from Sarah, and Anna came to meet us to show us around the various options that were available all around lake Gar (...)da for our special day when we visited the area in February. All of the options looked lovely but we fell in love with Torri del Benaco as it was perfect for what we wanted. All through the process we were given updates and sent everything and told what we needed to do with regards to the admin of getting married abroad. When it came to our special day we got unseasonably bad weather for the day and we cannot praise Anna enough for making sure our day still went seamlessly. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more and were really made to feel like everyone had bent over backwards to make sure our day was perfect in every way, which it was. We have already recommended ILW to two other couples who are hoping to get married out in Lake Garda, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Read More

Now we are home from our amazing Holiday and Wedding, we\'ve been reflecting on what a perfect day it was and wanted to express our thanks to you all.We will be eternally grateful to you all for making our wedding day the most perfect day we could have ever wished for.Sarah - Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the pla (...)nning and efforts you put in to ensuring our day was just how we hoped it would be. You were approachable from the moment we originally made contact, nothing was ever to much trouble, and you quickly responded to emails. We appreciate you helping us through the all the legal requirements, we wouldn\'t have had a clue without your guidance.We felt completely stress free in the lead up to the wedding and its because we had complete faith in you and knew it would go well! We can\'t thank you enough!Anna - From the moment we met you, we knew we were in good hands. You are so personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated the thorough welcome meeting and it made it all more \'real\' after meeting with you. It was so lovely to meet the Florist, Hairdresser, and the Manager at Lido Sopri. You have such a calm presence about you, that we too felt calm. We knew you had it all under control. Things like the water level being too low and not being able to dock at Lido Sopri as originally planned, not an issue to us at all as we appreciate these things can happen, but it was just lovely knowing you had already had a plan in place with the cars to collect us all. Nothing was too much, you really went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. We can\'t thank you enough for being so supportive and making the day what it was.  Matea - thank you for being such an important part of our day and translating the ceremony as you did. You were so confident and spoke so well for all to hear. It was so lovely to have the Italian officiant followed by Matea translating for us. The whole ceremony felt so personable, and the words that were spoken were so lovely. Thank you for your help throughout the entire evening, making sure my mum had her gluten free meal (which she loved!), helping move chairs/tables when the rain came. Getting us on the dance floor, getting the men up to do they\'re speeches! You were really on the ball all evening and we can\'t thank you enough! Hairdresser - I\'m not sure how to spell the Hairdressers name. But wow. She was just unreal. Again, a beautiful friendly lady and nothing was too much trouble. She created the most beautiful up do\'s for my bridemaids and Mum. We changed mine slightly from what we did at the Welcome meeting, but she was so accommodating and such a lovely lady. The florist (I didn\'t catch her name sorry!) But the bouquets, buttonholes all the decorations at the service and at Lido sopri just looked amazing. Exactly what we had pictured.   Lido Sopri - the staff at Lido Sopri went above and beyond. The buffet spread they put on was just incredible. (We apologise so much went to waste!) The buffet that was ready waiting for us when we arrived looked fantastic and then we were told hot food would come shortly after. Then out came pizza, pasta, cotaletta and chips and some beef. We had so many compliments from our friends and family that the food tasted just as fantastic as it looked. The drinks included within the buffet package worked out perfectly for us, there was more then enough for all our guests. The buffet option was defiantly the right thing for us, it all worked out perfectly.Lido Sopri as a location was just superb. A stunning view whilst we enjoyed our evening (the rain and storm in the evening didn\'t dampen our spirits!) Also it was a great private space, (you really would have never known there was a restaueant below us!), bigger then we thought it would be, so plenty of space for the little ones to run off some energy - they loved the bean bags and treated them like a bouncy castle! And also came in handy once the kids got tired and fell asleep on them!  The Band - they were just incredible. They\'re voices sounded like we were listening to the actual artist! They played a fantastic selection of songs (backstreets boys songs didn\'t go unnoticed! Craig was in his element!) They really got everyone up dancing and happily took a few requests too. They were just amazing!  The Sailboat & Crew - Wow! What a boat! The crew were all so welcoming. It was the perfect way to follow on from the ceremony and a chance to see the beautiful castle from another angle. We absolutely loved having this as part of our day and was a surprise to the majority of our guests who absolutely loved it. The nibbles and drinks came out quickly for everyone to enjoy, and Ana and Matea again were hands on ensuring we all had a drink in hand.  The tuk tuk driver. Well. He deserves his own TV show! We had met him a few times throughout the week when he would drive us or other family members into town. He was full of energy, would always play nursery rhymes for the kids in his taxi. He was so funny driving dad and I on the way to the Castle and getting the crowd to cheering and clapping for us...which defiantly helped calm my nerves and gave us a good laugh! Alice - well. She was just amazing. We made her aware we weren\'t 100% comfortable in front of a camera and she just let us be and do our thing. We can\'t wait to see the photographs she took. She showed us a few as we were going through the day and they were just terrific. She was just a lovely and sweet person, made us feel at ease and almost felt like we already knew her!  There will never be enough words to show our gratitude and appreciation to you all for making our day the perfect day. It was certainly one to remember!  Malcesine is a place we had never heard of until getting in contact with you Sarah, but it has now become a place that we will hold fondly in our hearts. Its the most beautiful town, with the friendliest people, amazing restaurants and hotels...and of course now the place were we got married and had the best day of our lives. Most of our guests have said they will defiantly be returning and it will certainly be a place Craig and I will return to (without the kids, so we can explore even more!)  Thank you so so much to you all!
