I don’t think any words can do our wedding justice! It was far more than I expected! With being with my partner for 22 years we decided to go abroad and make it a small event with only our closest. This ended up 47 people all travelling to Lake Garda from Scotland. I am a very laid back person and never expect perfection but the whole process delivered by Sarah and Anna was flawless. They were on hand the whole way through with all the little details and blips nothing was too much bother for them. They are both amazing at what they do and we want to thank you both for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! Malcesine now has a special place in our heart and we look forward to coming back. We were a small wedding party of ourselves , 7 adults and 4 grandchildren . We cannot praise Sarah and Anna enough as the day was wonderful. We married in the town hall in riva del Garda which is a lovely location . Followed by drinks and nibbles in the square and then a 1hour boat ride . Our wedding breakfast was just outside of riva at la Berlera restaurant, the food was superb and location stunning! We could not have done any of this without Sarah and Anna , nothing was too much trouble for them . So a huge thank you to them for making our wedding a day to remember for us both .

Where do I start!! We first met Anna in Malcesine in 2018 and have just had our wedding in July 2022. Anna and Sarah were absolutely incredible throughout, so attentive, so much attention to detail. Nothing was to much trouble! Sarah would reply to my random emails of things that just came into my head so quickly, again, nothing was to much trouble to look into for us. The whole process made getting married abroad so easy and relaxed, it was amazing! Anna on the day was amazing, everyone in our wedding party said how fabulous she was and again, nothing was to much trouble. I was so anxious on the day and she went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. Everything was perfect, beautiful!! Thank you so so so much Anna and Sarah, you are incredible at your jobs!! Just over a week since we tied the knot at Malcesine Castle. From start to finish both Sarah and Anna have been brilliant. Sarah being the UK connection couldn’t have been more helpful and no query was ever too trivial and responses were always timely. They helped us design the entire event which on the day went like clockwork despite me rupturing my Achilles Tendon 10 days before the big day!! I would recommend a visit before hand as it was invaluable to us in understanding the geography of the area and the logistics of getting guests around the different event locations as well as enabling us to witness the beauty of the place in advance and the hospitality of the locals. Anna and her daughter Matea were superb on the day and both Linzi and I had the most magical experience where we could enjoy everything about the day without any worry. Happy to answer any questions from a client perspective but believe me it surpassed both our expectations and gave us the most memorable day which we will cherish forever. Mr & Mrs Jones 🥳😎

Italian Lakes Weddings We cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and Anna, who are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the wedding business and provide a professional service. Our interaction with Sarah was through email and phone calls. She deals with the administrative side of the service keeping us informed at all times. She was always available to discuss any queries or concerns we had. Anna, who is based in Lake Garda, has a very infectious smile and ‘can do attitude’. We were confident from the moment we met her she would provide us with the best possible service. We met with Anna for two days touring potential venues around the Lake until we were happy, we had made the right choice for us. We chose Malcesine Castle and were not disappointed. Anna has numerous contacts and suppliers around the Lake. Despite the weather taking a turn for the worse everything ran smoothly. Anna and her assistant Matea remained with us through-out the whole day providing ongoing support. Music for the Ceremony and Aperitif We opted for the saxophonist/guitar combination. Some of the songs we chose were unknown to Stephano, but he ensured he was able to play them admirably at our wedding. He also played a special request for my Dad, on his clarinet, which brought a tear to Dad’s eye. Paradiso Perduto Stunning location and stunning food! All our guests thought the food was amazing; a particular favourite was the beef in Ripasso wine sauce which melted in the mouth. Although a little chilly being outdoors blankets were sourced as soon as we mentioned it. The service was excellent, and everything was ready for our arrival. Two-hour Boat Cruise Due to the cool weather we were given 2 sailing options when we boarded the boat. We elected to stay close to the shoreline in order to avoid the wind, but again warm wraps were provided for those who needed them. The boat has been lovingly restored and is in great condition. We felt that the drinks onboard were quite expensive, especially the wine (4 bottles for £100). Having to pre-order for 40 people was also quite a challenge. There are no facilities for hot drinks which would have been welcome.  That said, cruising on the sailboat was fantastic and we will treasure the memories we made. The 2 hours seemed to slip by very quickly. Bar Corner Ours was the first evening wedding reception to be held here but everything went really well, and we loved this venue, which is just outside the main area of Malcesine. The bar is quirky and was the perfect size for our party of 40 people. The views from the veranda across the Lake were lovely. The food was simple fare (other options were available) perfect for grazing throughout the evening. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Tables were removed in order to accommodate a DJ and dance floor which was put to good use as the DJ played a great selection of music. He was also able to find a specific song for our first dance. Our wedding day was everything we wanted; from the lovely flower arrangements and decorations to the exciting ride on the tuk tuk which involved several tourists pushing us up the hill to the castle as the cobbles were wet!!  I felt like royalty as everyone waved to us! We would wholly recommend using Italian Lakes Weddings if you want to get married in the Garda region.
