We had a fantastic wedding tailored exactly to our wishes thanks to Italian Lakes Weddings. Having been to Lake Garda a few times before we already loved Riva and knew we wanted to hold our reception there. Anna and Sarah helped to plan the wedding of our dreams and had lots of helpful ideas and suggestions along the way to make our day extra special. As a large party, with almost 70 guests, their expert advice was invaluable in ensuring the day ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn\'t fault a thing and are so grateful for the effort they put in to ensure the day was everything we hoped it would be. From the first phone call, to a hug goodbye on the day, we felt completely safe in the hands of Sarah and Anna. Thanks to both of you for always being there and delivering the most special day we could have imagined. Thanks also to Matea for her support on the day and for adding a genuine and personal touch to the translation of our vows. Xx

Sarah and Anna are truly the best and made the planning process stress free and an enjoyable journey all the way up to our special day. We are so blessed to have had them as our wedding planners. If you had questions throughout the process or issues arose then Italian lakes weddings would serve as our representative and advocated for whatever change was needed. The wedding day team (Anna and Matea ) were extremely attentive and made sure our wedding reception was taken care of and kept all the wedding guests happy and on time. This allowed the bride and groom to relax a little and enjoy the celebrations. We knew we had chosen the right wedding planners when we first spoke to Sarah, but all our guests confirmed it by saying that it was without doubt the best wedding they had been to and would certainly recommend them for anyone wanting to marry in Italy. Dear Sarah, Now that we are back in the real world, I wanted to write and express our enormous gratitude to you all for the most perfect day imaginable. When we first found your website, the testimonials from other couples were so positive that it almost seemed unreal and now we are the ones who want to say thank you and tell others how wonderful you all are! From the start, Sarah, you were always there for us. To advise on the legalities, the organisation of our wedding day and even down to a last minute email about what type of confetti my guests should bring. Whenever I emailed you, I would get a quick response which made us feel like we were in safe hands. It was the reassurance we needed when organising a wedding abroad. After a few days in Malcesine, we met Anna and again, we felt completely comfortable that our wedding was in safe hands! When we met her, her personality and warmth was immediately evident (as was her excitement that we were the first wedding of the season!) Anna, thank you for being so kind, so patient and so accommodating. At our welcome meeting, we visited the town hall, the florist, the hairdresser and the restaurant and all the time it made us feel so much more relaxed about what was going to happen. She adapted the day to our needs and our guests and made us feel like we had known her for years! On the actual day, the apartment was a flurry of excitement and activity. The hairdressers were amazing, listening carefully and looking at photographs of what we wanted. She really did have magic hands, as Anna said! The make-up ladies were amazing too and did as my mum requested: “make me look 20 years younger!” Their humour and kindness helped me to stay calm in an apartment of bridal chaos! Matea came to see us at the house and like Anna, we instantly felt at ease with her. The day went so quickly but it was absolutely perfect. The weather, which had been changeable over the previous few days, sorted itself out and the sun shone for parts of the day although the wind meant my veil had a mind of its own! The Fiat 500 car was brilliant fun. Whizzing round the cobbled paths, curled up inside the tiniest of cars just added to the fun of the day. The flowers were beautiful, despite not having been too fussed about the flowers, I was over the moon with how they looked. The ceremony was perfect and Matea did a great job at translating. The photographer Guiseppe and his assistant were simply brilliant and made us feel totally at ease having our photographs taken. It is a bit strange having complete strangers in the streets watch you have your photos taken but you soon get used to it! Guiseppe even got the photographs turned round really quickly for us so that we could share them at our party back home. They are absolutely amazing! The harpist played beautifully throughout the ceremony and really added to the magic. Pizza, beer and prosecco after the ceremony at Bar Otto was great fun. Our guests couldn’t believe that this was only the light snack! Al Corsaro was the perfect venue. Mario and his staff were fantastic and all everybody talked about was how amazing the food was. We had brought decorations with us and Mario was brilliant and listened to how we wanted the place decorated. The cake was perfect and again, our guests loved it! Anna and Matea stayed right until the end to ensure we had a fantastic time. They were on hand at every step of the day checking if we were ok and caring for our friends and family (Anna at one point taking one of the babies for a walk around the outside terrace so that his mum could get to eat her food!)  Our guests all raved about how wonderful you were and of course we agreed. If anybody was looking to get married in Lake Garda, we would recommend you in a heartbeat and just wish we could do it all over again! The new Mr and Mrs Seagrave x

Hi Sarah, Anna and Matea, I honestly do not know where to begin!!! I got engaged last Christmas day (2014) and started googling straight away to get married in Lake Garda, I came across your company and sent an email on Christmas day - never expecting a reply - but did!! I knew from this right away that I had chosen the right company and I wasn\'t wrong! The whole process was made so smooth, you guided us every step of the way and answered my hundreds of questions via email instantly. Then when we arrived in Italy you took such good care of us, arranging hair trials, restaurant viewings and taking us to our amazing castle!! And the day itself, well, I can\'t quite put into words just how spectacular and perfect it was! It was a relaxed and fun start with your lovely hairdresser who went above and beyond, even helping both my bridesmaids and I into our dresses (life saver!) our hair was beautiful! The amazing fiat 500 and the driver just added to the Italian experience. The castle is a dream setting and the ceremony was light hearted and fun but meaningful at the same time - extra special thanks to gorgeous Matea for interpreting!! Then the amazing cruise of the lake, it felt like we were in a film! And our perfect restaurant Paradiso Perduto with friendly, welcoming staff and delicious food! It was just perfect and faultless, I want to do it all again! You are first class wedding planners, nothing is too much trouble. My husband, our guests and I were just blown away. I think of it fondly every day and am still receiving lovely comments about it. We have fallen in love with Malcesine! Thank-you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my absolute dream day!!!

Dear Sarah and Anna, Thank you for arranging our perfect wedding. We had a fabulous day. Anna organised everything very well and was with us every step of the way. Also a special mention to Anna\'s daughter Mattea, she was a big help and always smiling. A lovely girl. We enjoyed everything on the day, the Prima Luna, the band, Guiseppe and his assistant. The flowers were beautiful. Antonio and Claudia were just great and made us feel very special. A perfect location and wonderful food. We will recommend you to anyone planing a wedding in Italy. One question we have, when do we receive the pictures from Guiseppe? As you can imagine we are very keen to see them! Once again, thank you for everything and we look forward to your reply.
