Hi Sarah and Anna , We are now home from our fantastic time in Italy. We can\'t thank you both enough you both made our wedding day absolutely amazing, magical , who could have dreamed it would have been so magical ..... WOW!!!, From the very beginning Sarah you were so efficient , friendly and so helpful with the emails (which I will miss). You made planning our wedding .. Easy with no stress, thank you, I could write a book thanking you both it was just so amazing. Anna you do an amazing job, you are such a lovely person and your daughter too, it was lovely having you as our interpreter, made it more special ... But where do I begin , everything was amazing ( I\'m still crying with happiness at the thought of it all), my make up and my mums were lovely and my nails , and my hair wow, thank you Anna for the persuasion to have my hair done, I was overwhelmed and over come with emotion when she finished my hair, please thank them both again. The fiat 500 was great I loved it, and the flowers .... Everything amazing . The ceremony was beautiful and everyone so friendly, and a lovely way to relax after with refreshments , we can\'t wait to see the professional photographs ... Gillespie and his partner were superb. Restaurant Al Volt... What can I say , out of this world , totally amazing. We can\'t thank You both enough , there are no words to express how wonderful our day was , but it\'s thanks to your obvious love and dedication that made our wedding day .... Wow!!!! We definitely made the correct choice in using ILW to arrange our wedding and both of us would have no hesitation on urging anyone wishing to get married in Italy to do it through Italian Lakes Weddings! Again many thanks for giving us such a truly memorable, special, amazing and magical day!

Hi Sarah and Anna, Wow wow wow is the only way I can describe our perfect wedding day! I cannot thankyou both enough for everything you put into our wedding day it really was magical! I knew from our first couple of emails that I had chosen the perfect people to create our wedding day and what an amazing job you both did. Sarah- thankyou so much for being there 24/7 whenever I needed to ask something you replied almost immediately and made me feel at such ease, as people who know me will tell you I stress about everything but that\'s just me! And being a mum I guess! Thankyou for taking over the stress of all the paper work and legalities. Thankyou for helping us with our travel and accomodation too the majestic palace was great for us. I will miss our emails very much! Anna- I thoroughly enjoyed our welcome meeting and showing us around Malcesine, it really is such a wonderful place. Please thank again my hairdresser sorry I have forgotten her name! She was so lovely and even with the language barrier we communicated perfectly on the wedding day and had a laugh with everyone in our room. You made the day go so smoothly and I knew you were always there in the background if we needed anything! Your gorgeous daughter was also such a great help and I found her fascinating how perfect her English was and how down to earth she is for her age, she\'s fabulous! Prima Luna was also fantastic everyone said the food was amazing aswell as the excellent service we loved the balcony area which had been set up lovely! I could go on for hours it really was the best day of our lives, all of our family cannot get over how amazing it all was! If only you planned UK weddings as I have the stress now of the evening reception for all our friends and family on the 9th August! At least I get to wear my dress again! :) I can\'t believe it\'s all over I get so emotional thinking about it, just wow! Many many thanks, Zoe xx

Hello Sarah and Anna Daren and I can\'t thank you enough for all your help in making our wedding day simply amazing!! The guests were saying on the day how can we explain the picture post card every hour to those who weren\'t there....it was just wonderful. The start-up seemed too simple many thanks to you Sarah and we weren\'t expecting such a thorough welcome meeting Anna, but the care over details such as visiting the florists to make sure we were happy with the selection, showing us the castle, visiting the Town Hall, my make up/hair trial and all those things showed how special you wanted our wedding day to be for us and the professionalism shown in your work. The hair and make-up - my goodness my ego has exploded with the amount of compliments I received on the day thanks to Elena (on make up) and ..... sorry I didn\'t catch the hairdressers name. The chauffeur who was driving the Fiat 500, what a lovely, lovely man and he was so good at helping people in and out of the car. My Father and I had a bit of a chat with him in Italian, German and English before we left for the castle (I can only speak one of those languages well, but we got by). The Registrar at the ceremony again what a great man - He made me feel so calm (and I know I was giggling a lot with wedding nerves), but he gave us some very sound advice and the wedding guests have since been \'threatening\' to buy Daren and I a tandem bike. The wedding gifts presented to us too at the end of the ceremony was a truly lovely surprise. We all loved the string quartet, though I can\'t wait to see the video as I was a bit caught up with making my way up the steps and down the aisle to really take in the entrance music. The food and setting for the refreshments just wonderful too. You were right about Giuseppe and his team. He really knows his stuff and again we can\'t wait to see the photos. The Primaluna was a brilliant choice as a hotel, but also as the reception venue. Great food, great band, great setting, great staff. Antonio was so helpful. Anna, your daughter, what an amazing young lady she is. Bilingual and only just turned 17 years of age, but she was so good at talking to everyone and being there to help if needed, but she probably didn\'t need to do too much as the day was did I mention?....amazing!! Sarah and Anna (the best wedding planners around!!!) We can’t thank you both enough for making our day amazing. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Everything was perfect the location, the venue, the transport, hair, makeup, flowers and especially the photographer who was there for the whole of the day to capture our special memories.
