Having got engaged in Lake Garda, my now husband and I decided to get married there. We came across Italian Lakes Weddings and they have been absolutely brilliant right from the start. We went twice for inspection visits with Anna, once to see different places and once again to confirm finer details just before our wedding. Anna, Sarah and Matea have been absolutely fantastic and so reassuring and have kept us informed of every step along the way (especially reassuring and helpful due to the current climate).We really didn’t want to cancel our wedding due to Covid-19 and as planned our wedding went ahead 17th September 2020 so an extra special thank you to Sarah, Anna and Matea for helping us to make it happen. We couldn’t have done it without you and would highly recommend your services to any bride and groom considering an overseas wedding.Our day was perfect and all of our guests have since said it was a fantastic day. Not to mention the compliments that we have had on our stunning photographs thank you to the amazing Alice who was as absolutely fantastic with us and made us feel at ease throughout the whole day.Thank you again to everyone who helped to make our day, Lucy & Ben xxx

Having gotten engaged in 2017, my partner and I knew we wanted to do something a little bit different for our wedding but couldn’t quite put a finger on what. After several months of searching we came across Malcesine by chance, and one wedding planner kept cropping up in reviews, which was Italian Lakes Weddings. So, we reached out to Sarah at Italian Lakes Weddings, and from that moment, she started to craft out perfect day. Sarah and the team at Italian Lakes Weddings have been nothing short of incredible. They’ve been friendly, approachable, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process, and I am so glad we used them to help plan our day. From the initial enquiry through to guiding us through the legal process and suggesting all the extra finishing touches we wouldn’t have thought of, it really was a massive help. I’ve not experienced many companies that look after you as well as Italian Lakes Weddings, nothing was too much trouble. Sadly, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we had to make the heart-breaking decision not to proceed with the wedding, but if you’re looking for somewhere special after this all blows over, and you’re thinking Lake Garda, you must use the wonderful team at Italian Lakes Weddings. Thank you for all your help over the past 18 months, you’ve been 10/10, 5 star, 110% amazing!

We have just had the most amazing wedding celebration in Malcesine, thanks to Italian Lakes Weddings! Having initially Googled looking for planners that dealt with same sex weddings, out of the seven responses we received, we chose this one. And thank goodness we did. By far the most professional, informative and helpful email back was from Sarah. She was clearly up to date with British and Italian laws concerning same sex weddings and provided us with the relevant info and paperwork needed for us to tie the knot. And everything went perfectly. Nothing was a problem or an issue, every time we contacted Sarah. She was always quick to respond and put our minds at ease if we had any concerns or were anxious about. Also amazing was Anna, based in Riva. As all the other reviewers have said, she was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and professional. She knew all the right bars and restaurants to explore and show us when we were looking for venues for the refreshments part of our special day. A genuinely lovely and warm person, all of our guests were put at ease, and her friendly personality helped the group to enjoy the whole day. Nothing was too much for Anna to help source for us, including the special cake we were after. Together with her wonderful assistant, Matea, the day was perfectly delivered. The evening reception worked very well at the Prima Luna - away from the crowds in the town centre and a breathtaking view. What\'s more, the hotel owners, Antonio and Claudia, were very attentive and made sure that we had the most amazing reception. Thank you Sarah, Anna and Matea for helping us to realise our dream wedding. A few weeks on, our guests are still raving about it. The fact that it was in such a beautiful setting and we had great weather, just added to this and to everyone\'s experience. Can you please go into organising anniversary events please Sarah? We had our wedding in the beautiful castle of Malcesine. Absolutely fantastic day from start to finish, so breathtaking it was surreal! Every little detail was organised for us so there was no stress at all leading up to put big day. I wish we could do it all over again! Our 2 young children attended our wedding and with my daughter being only 9 months she became a bit unsettled during our reception and Mattea did a fantastic job of entertaing her for us. Could not recommend Italian Lakes Weddings enough. Thank you all.
