We are now back from our honeymoon and wanted to express our thanks for everything that you did to make our wedding day so special.  Limone Sul Garda was so so beautiful. We could not have asked for anything more. We met with Anna for a pre wedding run through the day after we arrived in Limone.  The rain was biblical on that day; but Anna reassured us it would all be ok for the wedding.  Despite her confidence we were still concerned so Anna still spent the day making sure that we had back up plans in place just in case the weather was unkind to us.  In the end the weather was fabulous but we took comfort from the fact Anna had everything in hand.  You both made the entire process so easy by using your experience and knowledge.  We could not have asked for more.  Having a contact in the UK was great and meant that there were no issues with language or interpretation of what we wanted.  Sarah you were always quick at responding and dealing with my daft questions.  Anna; your local knowledge proved invaluable.  We could definitely not have achieved the same day without you.   Natalia and Claudia did my makeup and hair and worked wonders.   Both were great and gave me the look that I wanted.  They even helped me into my dress.  Please pass on my thanks to them both. Everything was excellent from hair and make up, the Fiat 500 wedding car, absolutely beautiful flowers, brilliant musicians, speedboat and wedding meal.  Honestly everything surpassed our expectations. The Aqua restaurant in Torbole for our wedding meal was a great find by Anna and the Owner/Manager really went out of his way to make the meal special for us.   This included him personally meeting our speed boat at the jetty and accompanying us to the restaurant which was a lovely touch. The restaurant personalised a menu just for us and the food was to die for.  Everything was totally delicious.  Everyone in our party commented that the beef and the dessert were the best they had ever tasted.  They even made the effort to make the dessert into a cake for us so we had something to cut.  The décor and staff were amazing and even though we were a really small group they gave us an indoor and outdoor area to ourselves with fantastic views of the lake.  Honestly we could not ask for more.   A superb venue that we would not have found without you guys.  We all had so much fun. Before the wedding we were a little concerned that as we were such a small party (seven in total); that the day would lack atmosphere but we were wrong.  It was everything we could have wanted.  Anna and Matea made the day run so smoothly.  We could not ask for more.  Thank you to you all.  You made it a day we will always remember.  With love from the new Mr and Mrs Dawes.

We would also like to say... Wow!! What a week we have had! Since travelling to Malcesine two years ago we knew we wanted to marry there.  First of all we met a wedding planner (not Italian lakes weddings) and had the initial visit, we fell in love with the castle but our dream wedding didn’t seem possible with this particular company. Back at home I did research and contacted another company before coming across Italian lakes weddings. From initially emailing Sarah, I was so impressed at how helpful and prompt the responses were ☺️ our dream wedding was looking to be a reality!  The whole process was completely stress free and we were supported each step of the way and great ideas were offered to us as well. Sarah also had to put up with me asking many many questions (and didn’t seem to mind).  When we arrived in Italy we met with Anna and Mattea and they were also incredibly friendly and helpful and supported us every step of the way! On the wedding day Giuseppe and his assistant were amazing!! All of our guests loved him too...we can’t wait to see the pictures and love the sneak peeks we have seen already!  The team in Italy were incredible and did a great job of making sure our daughter Orla was a huge part of our day too! We really did have the dream wedding day and have made memories that will last a life time ?  We couldn’t have done any of it without Italian lakes weddings! All our love The new Mr and Mrs Thorpe 

June 4th wedding  Thank you so much for organising a fabulous wedding for us both. Even though the weather didn’t go according to plan on the day, it really didn’t make a difference. All your planning ensured everything went smoothly, from the welcome meeting, to the end of the reception. You also recommended two bars for an after party, which turned out to be really good fun! We loved how bubbly Anna and Matea are, they added to the buzz of day!  The hairdresser was fabulous, and the restaurant food was delicious. We also highly recommend the band, they were great fun.  Having Sarah as a UK contact works really well, so all questions can be directed through her initially. The paperwork turned out to be very easy because of that.  Thank you to Anna, Sarah and Matea for everything, you were great! Richard & Sophie xxxx

I recently married the love of my life in beautiful Malcesine, when we started to look for venues everything seemed much for muchness, my husband to be then decided he wanted to get married in Italy. I started to research and came across Italian Lakes Weddings, I contacted Sarah & made the decision there and then that she would be our perfect wedding planner, she came up with numerous ideas that sounded perfect, we wanted something different & for all of our family & friends to experience it all with us from start to finish & they sure did. Forty of us arrived in Malcesine after much anticipation as we had not been before in fact we had not even seen our venues, Sarah had talked us through everything from venues to food & flowers & then I incorporated other touches. We then met Anna & Matea who planned everything in Malcesine they walked us through what would be our fairy tale, we met the florist, the registrar attended the town hall, walked the steps of the castle, boarded the sail boat, met the owner of Al Corsaro who catered our wedding breakfast & party, we even had lunch & met the owners of the bar that catered our drinks & food at the castle from then I knew we had made the right choice however even I did not imagine how wonderful our actual day would be. Anna & Matea produced the most special day a true fairytale, from the boys arriving down the mountain in Tuk Tuks (my son & nephews favourite part) to myself & my dads arrival we felt like real celebrities. The ceremony was beautiful & the way Matea interpreted from Italian to English made the experience even more special! I have to say Matea was wonderful throughout the day from the little wink of reassurance when I arrived to fixing my dress when I ripped it she really is a credit to this business. The registrar had everyone in tears with his lovely words about our whole party, the photographer Giuseppe was a dream no boring pictures of us all stood in lines like usual wedding photos, all the guests commented on how fun he was & the videographer was there the whole day not that we knew it, I cannot wait to see the video. I could go on & on the timings were perfect apart from the bridesmaids getting in trouble off Anna for being 15 minutes late haha. If you have found your prince & you want your fairytale there is no doubt these are the girls to produce it. Thank you once again to you all you really did us proud & made dreams a reality there is no doubt we will be back to visit breath taking Malcesine very soon. Where do we even start!!! You have been absolutely faultless from beginning to end, all the advice help and guidance from Sarah was absolutely amazing. nothing was ever too much trouble and she always replied super quick which was brilliant to keep a bride as less stressed a possible. We knew exactly what was going on every step of the way and she helped me with so many questions to make things run smoothly. We had a lot of babies/kids at our wedding and it made things a little tricky but this was all sorted and we were put at complete ease. When we arrived in Italy we met with Anna and her daughter who took us to the Castle, the florist, the boat, restaurant etc so we knew exactly what was going to happen on the day and gave us a chance to make sure we were happy with everything - which we were more than happy with. When the big day came everything was absolutely seamless, it all flowed perfectly. Exactly as we had asked nothing was out of place nothing didn’t go to plan it was exceptional. Every single guest who came couldn’t praise you all enough for the amazing job you did for us, and how calm me and Alex were on the run up and on the day. An that’s because you allowed us to have the wedding we wanted without and stress or worry. Thank you all so so much from my initial meeting with Sarah and meeting Anna and speaking with Sarah once we were home We can honestly say We would recommend you to anyone.
